General Conditions of Sale (Eazy Home Buyers)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Eazy Home Buyers network. A "client" refers to any natural or legal person making an order with Eazy Home Buyers validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: Eazy Home Buyers only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We strive to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even though the content of our products and services is not shocking in nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber or customer who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately removed from our database upon notification. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately refunded, and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Order

Placing an order on any site owned by Eazy Home Buyers implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in US dollars, all taxes included (where applicable), excluding processing fees for your order. The price for consultations may vary depending on the services provided. The price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You can pay for consultations securely via our online payment platform. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards. Secure online payment is facilitated through our trusted payment gateway. Any security guarantee regarding this system is the sole responsibility of the payment gateway provider.

Article 5: Consultation Delivery

Consultation delivery will occur at the scheduled time agreed upon during the booking process. The consultation will be conducted through the agreed-upon method, which may include in-person, phone, or video conferencing, as selected by the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their availability and readiness for the scheduled consultation. Eazy Home Buyers will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon consultation time. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise that necessitate rescheduling, Eazy Home Buyers will promptly notify the client and arrange an alternative consultation time. The client understands and agrees that any delays in the consultation process due to their unavailability may impact the overall effectiveness of the consultation.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with relevant data protection laws, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all our files to the appropriate data protection authorities. By agreeing to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data.

Article 7: Applicable Law

All clauses in these general conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale operations referred to therein, will be subject to Illinois law.
